This TV spot was the first broadcast commercial that Panasonic had commissioned in almost 10 years. Titled “The Incident at Union Station,” the piece was filmed at Union Station in downtown Los Angeles. Capturing a brief encounter between a young woman and a clean-shaven man, the Panasonic Arc 3 Razor commercial was designed to reach the 25-40 year old male demographic.

Panasonic was so pleased with the outcome that they took what was originally commissioned as a web-only spot and distributed it as a broadcast piece. The direct-to-client project then aired both as a national TV spot and on Panasonic’s home products website.
